Einführung von Münzen
Denver coined nearly twice the number of dimes it had in 1919, so this issue is fairly plentiful in grades through Very Fine. Mint State coins are not common, but enough are available to satisfy most collectors. True gems are quite rare, especially with Full Bands. Most 1920-D dimes reveal some weakness of strike, and worn dies are also a common sight. Die cracks are especially prevalent with this issue, though they are almost endemic to all denominations of Denver Mint coins from the late 1910s through the mid 1920s. As with all 1920-dated dimes, the final numeral of the date is often flat or weak near the border.Mehr lesen
