Introducción de monedas
As the first emission of the Roosevelt Dime the 1946(P) issue was widely hoarded by both collectors and the general public. Mint State examples are thus quite plentiful across all grades through MS 67. The majority of these fall short of the Full Torch (FT) designation, as Philadelphia Mint coins of the 1940s are usually a bit weak in some details. Even so, enough examples survive that collectors will have no difficulty in securing a gem. There were two obverse hubs used this year to produce dies, and these are most easily distinguished by the designer's initials, JS. The first hub shows this feature blurred and indistinct. There is not enough difference in rarity for these hub varieties to command much interest.Leer más
