This is a surprisingly scarce issue in most grades, with XF and higher grades being genuinely rare. In addition, many examples are poorly struck at the highest points of relief, Liberty's forehead and the eagle's claw directly opposite it. Mint State coins are in very limited supply, and gems are all but non-existent.
