Four obverse dies and three reverses were combined for a total of four die marriages. These are sought for either the Large 9 (B-1, -2) or Small 9 (B-3, -4) styles, though the difference is size is negligible. These were delivered in four warrants dated from February through August. B-1 is quite scarce, but the other three marriages are obtainable in circulated grades. Most 1819 quarter dollars were well struck, and they ten to wear fairly evenly. Mint State examples are very scarce, with gems being all but unknown.Leer más
