This was the first of three consecutive low-mintage half dollar issues from the Philadelphia Mint. Evidently, the high production during 1911-12 was sufficient to reduce demand for halves during 1913-15. The 1913(P) half dollar is scarce across all grades. Examples grading F and higher are elusive. A fair number of Mint State survivors are known, but fewer than for the two preceding years.Leer más
