Introduction des pièces de monnaie

1937 Denver Mint nickels survive in the thousands of Mint State pieces from the many sequestered rolls that were broken up in the 1950s-90s. It's unlikely that any original rolls have survived decades of encapsulation, but there may yet be a few in old collections.  Though a great many of these coins were struck from overused dies showing heavy erosion lines and loss of detail, there are enough sharp, lustrous pieces that collectors should not compromise on this common date.  This is yet another Denver Mint coin that is rich in repunched mintmark varieties, and a few of these dies may yet prove to have been transitional with 1936 or 1938 coinage.En savoir plus
