Introduction des pièces de monnaie
Almost without exception 1901-O half dollars are poorly struck at their centers. This can make it challenging to grade moderately worn examples, and coins in the popular grades of F through AU are quite scarce. Mint State survivors are genuinely rare, with gems being extremely so. This issue is seen with either the old (1896-1900) obverse hub or the new one which first appeared in 1901. Collector interest in these varieties is small, particularly given the overall scarcity of 1901-O half dollars.En savoir plus
