Proof sales dropped another 15% over 1906's mintage, but the 1907 proof quarter is only slightly more scarce. These coins were preserved for the most part, though many no longer qualify for numeric grading. Gems are not rare, and the number of Cameo examples is the highest since 1901. A very few Ultra Cameo proofs have been certified, and these command substantial premiums. The size of the date was reduced in 1907 and remained that way through the end of the series.閱讀更多
