The 1995-W Proof Silver Eagle is the key coin of the entire series. It was only available in a limited edition set which also contained proof versions of the $5, $10, $25, and $50 Gold Eagle coins. Due to the inclusion of the gold coins, the price of the set was quite expensive, which led to the low mintage.
