Introduction of Coins

Once again it was the Denver Mint which produced the finest nickels in 1941. Good overall strikes and excellent luster are typical, though exceptions will be encountered.  This is among the most common Jefferson Nickels having 5FS or 6FS, and such pieces make for excellent type coins.  A couple of repunched mintmark varieties are known, though only FS-501 has attracted broad interest.Read More
