Introduction of Coins

Like the 1951 D nickel, this issue is a scarce in fully struck, gem condition. Though it is usually sharper than its P and S cousins, the 1952 D nickel often reveals contact marks that were either present on the unstruck planchet or were received during the counting and bagging operations.
