2013 was the 28th year of the bullion Silver Eagle series. The Mint continued with its streak of good quality coinage. The MS70 rate on 2013 Silver Eagles was nearly 20%. (7/2015) Bullion Silver Eagles were struck at both the West Point and San Francisco Mints in 2013. The West Point coins are usually of much higher quality.
