Despite a very generous mintage, 1843-O quarters are rare in Mint State. All such examples have the Small O mintmark, as this comprises the greater part of this issue. The Large O is transitional with 1844-O and later dates, and it is very rare for 1843-O. Briggs-2, aka FS-301, has numerals 18 repunched.阅读更多
