The 1907-S half dollar, with its low mintage, is moderately scarce even in lower grades. It becomes very scarce in grades XF and higher, with Mint State examples being genuinely rare. Most are well, though not fully struck, but this issue's luster usually is excellent. One of the more popular varieties in the Barber Half Dollar series is the 1907-S repunched mintmark.
