This issue enjoyed a large mintage, and the well-established practice by collectors of saving uncirculated rolls has resulted in a large pool of survivors. Gems are thus fairly plentiful, but even those in the higher grades may show signs of die erosion and incomplete striking. 1946 cents of all three mints feature a very broad and rakish numeral 4 that sets them apart from other dates in that decade.阅读更多
